Believe it or not, I was never a granola gal. Store-bought options always tasted overly sweet and came with a long list of ingredients I couldn’t pronounce.

As a former personal chef, I care deeply about simple, wholesome food made with intention. So when my granola loving husband kept asking me to pick some up at the store, I thought, I can do better. A few underwhelming batches later, I finally struck gold with Coco-Date. I handed him a bite and he said, “Honey…this is really good granola!”

That one batch turned into something bigger: a small brand rooted in real, honest, organic ingredients inspired by the quiet magic of slow mornings. Everything we make is gluten and dairy free, naturally sweetened, made in small batches without preservatives and packaged in compostable bags.
